Hello, and a warm welcome to Healthy Foods and Eating Healthy.

Today I’m going to talk with you briefly about our plans for the future. This blog will be updated roughly every three days, and we will be posting information which you will also be able to find under the page index on the right side bar. We will be looking at various friend or foe foods, (foods which benefit you and foods which may actually harm you), as well as commenting on foods which can help prevent certain diseases and medical conditions.

Over the coming months we hope to provide you with some interesting reading, and you’re welcome to comment if you wish. Please feel free to subscribe to our RSS feed too.

It’s been great talking with you, and until next time, keep well.
